Meet the team that has shaped what NASB has become and where it's going.
Chad Milner is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President of North American Senior Benefits (NASB). He represents the sixth generation of his family in the insurance business.
Chad began his career at The Milner Agency in 2002. Under his leadership, the Annuity Department grew from $10 million in sales in 2001 to over $260 million in sales in 2011. He continues to serve as a Vice-President of The Milner Agency and oversees the Annuity Department. In 2010, he formed a marketing team, The Mutual Alliance, within The Milner Agency focused on serving the Annuity, LTC and Life Insurance needs of the bank, institutional, and career insurance channels.
Actively involved in the insurance industry, Chad has served as the 2010-2011 President of TYGERS, a national organization of second and third-generation brokerage general agents, and serves on various committees within the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) as well as being a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). In 2011 and 2012 he was recognized by NAIFA-Atlanta as one of the Top Advisors Under 40 and holds the following designations: Certified Annuity Advisor, and Certified Annuity Specialist.
Chad attended Georgia College & State University and is currently working towards his master’s degree in financial services through the Institute of Business and Finance.
Born in Atlanta, GA, Chad grew up and now resides in Athens, GA. He is married to Wendi, with whom he has two sons, Luke and Seixas “Sage” Milner IV. He is an active member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Athens, as well as Athens Country Club, Frederica Golf Club, and the Golf Club of Cuscowilla. In his spare time Chad enjoys golf, aviation, diving/spear fishing, and hunting.
Steven Craig Harvey Intro
Craig Harvey is a Co-Founder and Partner of North American Senior Benefits (NASB).
Prior to forming NASB in 2011, Craig worked as an agent and trainer with another agency where he was awarded numerous accolades for his achievements. Under Craig’s direction, NASB’s sales force has become one of the fastest growing senior benefits agencies in the country. In developing a reputation as a catalyst for rapid success with his effective and innovative techniques, he has become a sought after advisor to carriers in the industry looking to increase sales in Final Expense.
Craig graduated from Middle Georgia College with a degree in Marketing and was a four year starter at quarterback on the school’s football team.
Craig currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA. He is married to Lenae and they have two children, Caden and Eden. When not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golf, travel, and cooking/grilling.

Since beginning with NASB at its inception, Chris was named NASB’s 2012 RVP of the year and has been instrumental in creating innovative systems and processes to enhance the company’s ability to provide the most competitive platform in the final expense arena today. He was named Partner in October of 2013.
Chris began his early career in real estate as a Developer and Investor, holding over $10M in property/assets. Chris brings not only extensive business knowledge, but valuable lessons learned in creating and building a sustainable business from his past experiences that he is able pass along to his team members.
As a natural leader he has served in various roles throughout his career as the Past President of Millbrook Chamber of Commerce as well as being a former board member of the Elmore County Economic Development Authority. Chris has also been featured in radio and print on business topics as a columnist for the Millbrook Independent, radio host of the weekly show “Business Sense” for WACV 1170 in Montgomery, AL and as the author of Don’t Drive, Be Driven.
Active in his community, Chris serves as a Sunday School teacher and volunteer for children and adults at the First Baptist Church of Gulf Shores.
He has been married to his wife, Trudie, for 22 years with whom he has three children, Emily, Corey and Elijah. In his spare time he enjoys reading, the beach and spending time with his family.
